    Nintendo daje prioritet performanasama u odnosu na IQ, da su hteli igra bi najverovatnije mogla da radi u zaključanih 1080p/30FPS sa AAA, evo što Eurogamer konkretno kaže:

    Curiously, Splatoon 2's hub area shows a re-evaluation of Nintendo's rendering priorities. Resolution bumps to a locked 1080p, while the signature 60fps performance level is halved to 30fps. Anti-aliasing is added into the bargain, giving us a kind of 'what if' scenario - the resultant image quality is a night and day improvement, but the hit to performance is unacceptable for a fast-paced shooter like this. Effectively, this hub area is demonstrating the cost of 60fps gameplay, and just how much performance we'd need to lose in order to present a consistently prettier image.

    But the reality is that bumping resolution isn't the key priority for Nintendo. Switch's GPU upgrades are put to use across the board, not just in increasing the number of rendered pixels. Character models, for instance, are now more detailed all around, with increased geometry detail. The environments are also more detailed, especially in the texture department: surfaces are much sharper and more defined as a result of higher quality textures. The hub especially sees a huge improvement over the original. In this respect, we see Nintendo taking advantage of the much larger amount of memory Switch offers compared to its predecessor.

    Shadows are also improved significantly. The Wii U version bakes many of its shadows into the environment, which do not cast onto the player model. Dynamic shadows are present, but often look pixelated and ugly. On Switch though, many more objects feature proper shadows that properly cast across the environment and player models alike - it's a significant step up from Wii U.

    Splatoon's signature paint effect also gets an upgrade - it's thicker and 'goopier' thanks to more defined edges and a more pronounced surface sparkle. Ultimately, this is a case where on the surface, the two games look similar, but if you look closer it becomes clear that Splatoon 2 is a nice jump up from the original - you just need to look beyond the pixel count alone, improved as it is.

    And the good news is that the enhancements do not come at any cost to performance. Turn 10 aside, no developer is as serious about its 60 frames per second lock as Nintendo. Splatoon 2 hits its performance target 100 per cent of the time. We've accrued many hours of gameplay over the last week and in all of our sessions so far, Splatoon 2 has yet to drop even one single frame. Not one. It is completely solid at all times. As of yet, we've been unable to play the online mode, so there's still a slight possibility that performance may drop, but the situation is looking extremely impressive thus far.

    It's all about balance then. Yes, Splatoon 2 is a little rough in terms of image quality at times, but in the end image quality is sacrificed in favour of flawless performance. We believe it's one of the reasons that so many Nintendo titles stand the test of time - flawless performance simply makes the platform holder's brilliant concepts feel great to play. It also bodes well for future games on the system. Thus far, Mario Odyssey has been presented exclusively at 720p - just like older demos for Splatoon 2. With the improvement to image quality observed here, perhaps we'll see a similar solution in play on final code there.

    Thus far, Nintendo's track record has been virtually spotless. Zelda: Breath of the Wild is the one game that exhibits slowdown on Switch but it is also one of the most ambitious games Nintendo has ever made. Everything else, though? It's a solid 60 frames per second. Just glancing over the North American eShop, there are 71 games available for Nintendo Switch. Some of them are simply emulated classics, of course, but if look through the list you will find that of the 71, more than 80 per cent of the games on the list run at 60 frames per second. While that includes some pretty basic titles it's still a superb turnout - and it's one of the key reasons why we're loving Nintendo's new console hybrid.

    Naravno da bi bilo bolje da je zaključanih 1080p/60fps i da ima AA ali to jednostavno nije bilo moguće,
    ali čak i ovako je veliki upgrade u odnosu na Splatoon 1 na Wii U, dinamička rezolucija 864p-1080p u odnosu na 720p, zaključanih 60FPS-a u odnosu na male padove koje prethodna igra imala, plus bolje teksture, modeli, osvetljenje, efekti, senke...u odnosu na prethodnu igru.

    Dinamička rezolucija se može očekivati najverovatnije i za Mario Oddysey koji kada je prikazan na E3 radio je u 720p,
    kada je Splatoon 2 isto prvi put bio prikazan isto je radio u 720p, kao i ARMS.

    Pomagajte, ne mogu da dawloadujem Splatfest iz nekog razloga. Kada odem na eshop pise Purchased iako je nemam vise na Switchu tako da ne mogu da je igram.
    Jel neko zna sta je razlog?

    Ne vidim se :O

    Ali ne bi me čudilo da se pojavljujem u nekim reviewovima, jer praktično se vrtelo 20tak igrača od 13. do 18. Uvek jedan isti squad igra vs mečeve. Kada uđeš u lobby, nije se menjao, što je razumljivo. Isti slučaj i sa Ranked Games, samo što su one playable tipa od juče, a nije bilo moguće u pre-review periodu jel ti je trebalo tipa 5+ sati da dođeš do lvl 10.

    Inače, igra je odlična, svako ko ima Switch bi morao da kupi ovo.

    God damn.

    Ovo uopte nije naivan MP... šta više, baš je hardcore i to počinje poprilično naglo... Rank C i apsolutno ništa, ok teže je kada si C+ ali ništa strašno. Rank B i eto ih jebači keve u squadovima... Jebote... Sjebu te za 20sec bukvalno.

    Isto je sa bilo kojom onlajn igrom. Probaj recimo da igras sah onlajn dok se ne izdiferenciraju grupe po rejtingu !

    Multiplayer samo i igram, čak i kada je igra krš :D. Ovde je drugačije, ovolika dominacija nad drugim igračima nema ni u jednoj igri, niti partije da traju ovoliko kratko. Kaži mi jedna FPS ili TPS gde online partija traje 15 sec :lol:, tako da "tako je sa bilo kojom online igrom" ne pali, jer jednostavno nije tako.

    Znam šta pričam, čak ni Destiny sa "Mercy" fazonom ne može da traje ovoliko kratko kao Splatoon Rainmaker ili Tower Control mod.

    90% ljudi je još u C rangu, onaj mali broj što je u B je baš pro. Problem sa Splatoon 2 tj sa Switchom je taj što mu je desni joycon užasan za pucačine. Analog je smešten mnogo nisko i mnogo uz desnu stranu, nemaš prostora da lepo držiš, nije ni kao na DS4 ni Xbox kontroler, jednostavno je nezgodno. Da bi kontrolisao desni analog, tj nišanio, kako valja, moraš da držiš nakaradno desni joycon, a i kada ga držiš tako onda ne možeš da skočiš jer ti je vrh palca dosta niže od dugima, Znači nije kao na ostalima da je analog levo od dugmića, nego je baš jebeno ispod.

    Jedini način da se ovo kvalitetno igra je Tabletop/TV mod sa motion kontrolama ili Pro Kontroler. Treće nema. Možeš mislim dobro da igraš za do B Tier, ali onda postaje haos. Preciznost se dosta diže kada igraš sa motion kontrolama, sinoć sam jedno 2h igrao tako, polupijan :D i bilo je do jaja.

    Ja sam Splatoon 1 90% vremena igrao samo Turf War, druge modove sam čisto radi reda sa vremena na vreme odigrao.

    Ako je bilo kao ovde, svi ostali modovi su ranked, bolje rečeno, turf war je jedini casual mode gde možeš da se "igraš" i ništa više.

    Svaki drugi mod je ono, baš squad based.

    Da, Turf War je "Regular Battle", nema rankova A, B, C već samo level i uglavnom te ubacuje u partije sa igračima tvog levela,
    najzanimljiviji mi je i njega sam igrao preko 90% vremena.

    Ok, dogurao sam sve u B-, nema poente igrati vise sam. Mogu da se kocim, sa motion controls je odlicno i mnogo mnogo bolje. Sada mi je krivo sto nisam igrao vise online pucacina na wii. Ako i buduce imaju ovaj control scheme, odlicno onda :)

    Motion kontrole su odlično impletirane za Splatoon, kombinacija analoga i motiona za nišanjenje je čist win.
    Mislim da nema mnogo pucačina na Wii koje koriste taj sistem za nišanjenje već su uglavnom full motion kontrole, mada recimo Metorid Prime Trilogy je odličan i takav.

    U kecu sam stizao najvise do A+ ranka, uglavnom se vrtim oko A sada. Sto veci rank to ludji mecevi :D Motion kontrole su odlicno implementirane.

    Jel moze da se igra sutrasnji Splatfest, u 5 popodne, sa onim ranijim demom ili sada kada je igra izasla moze samo sa punom igrom? Jel zna neko?

    Nov. 23 Update
    • Four New Battle Stages: While four new battle stages are coming to Splatoon 2, they won’t all be available immediately after downloading the update. Like with previous additions, the stages will roll out over the subsequent weeks, giving players new surprises as they play throughout the holiday season and beyond. The first new battle stage, MakoMart, will be available to play on Black Friday, Nov. 24, with Shellendorf Institute, Walleye Warehouse and Arowana Mall coming soon. The new MakoMart stage is a giant superstore-style stage, so what better time to play than on Black Friday! Shellendorf Institute is new to the series, while Walleye Warehouse and Arowana Mall are popular stages returning from the original Splatoon game.
    • New Salmon Run Stage: Fan-favorite multiplayer mode* Salmon Run is getting a new stage. After downloading the update, Salmonid Smokeyard will be added to the stage rotation. In Salmonid Smokeyard, a wide gap on the beach divides two upper platforms, with fan lifts being the quickest way to traverse the two platforms. Teamwork is required to use the fan lifts effectively.
    • New Gear: Approximately 140 pieces of gear are being added to Splatoon 2. These include shoes, headgear and clothes, like a motocross mask, and additional winter clothing (perfect for the cold weather!), as well as returning items from the original Splatoon game.
    • New Battle Music: Two new bands have been gaining popularity in Inkopolis! The punk-flavored Bottom Feeders and classically trained avant-garde-style Ink Theory are contributing new songs to the already music-rich game.
    • New Hairstyle: When customizing an Inkling, four new hairstyles will be available to choose from – two each for female and male characters.
    • Higher Level Caps: Currently, players are maxed out at Level 50. After downloading the update, the new maximum level will be raised to 99. If players talk to Judd when they reach Level 99, they’ll have the option to reset their level display to Level ★1 so they can continue raising their level.
    • New amiibo Functionality: Tapping a compatible amiibo figure after the update will let players take and share in-game photos in preset locations in Battle Stages, in addition to being able to take photos in Inkopolis Square. Players can also add fun filters to their images.
    • Convenient Gear Swapping: Players that want to change gear between battles in Regular Battle, Ranked Battle and Splatfest Battle (Solo) won’t have to exit to the lobby anymore! After downloading the update, gear can be swapped out without leaving the match room, making it quicker to get back to splatting. For Regular Battle, this also means players can play the next battle with the same players.
    Mid-December Update
    • Clam Blitz (new Ranked Match mod): In Clam Blitz, competing Inklings are tasked with collecting clams scattered around the stage. After one is picked up, the clam follows the player. The objective is to throw the clam into the basket near the opponent’s base. The first team to score 100 points wins! But, of course, this being the fiercely competitive world of Splatoon 2, things are not as easy as they seem. The baskets are protected by a barrier, which much be destroyed first. After collecting 10 clams, the player will earn a Power Clam. These super-powered clams are the key to breaking the barrier, so strategy will definitely be involved in which clams are used to destroy the barrier and which are used to earn points. Not to mention the extra-satisfying opportunity to steal opponents’ clams by splatting them…

    Kidam u smislu da igram preko 500 sati :)
    Sto se tice modova sve sam u S+ sem ovog novog Clam Blitz u kome sam trenutno S rank. Igram sve vreme handheld i tu se vrtim izmedju S+ i S. Kako ti napredujes?

    Igraš u handheldu, sa običnim kontrolama, ne motion? Ne docked ili makar tabletop?

    Strašno mi je nezgodno da igram u handheld modu, tj mogu ali nisam toliko precizan kao sa običnim kontrolerom, imam velike šake pa mi je nezgodno da dohvatim analog kako valja, palac mi se krivi baš mnogo.

    Bio sam B+ ili A-, mešavina handheld i tabletop sa motion kontrolama, ali MNOGO dugo nisam igrao. Ovo je bilo kada je igra izašla i pre izlaska, pa sam proveo jedno 20-30h u njoj. Sada ne znam da li se igrači segmentisali kako treba, tada sam upadao protiv partija gde su ljudi kidali, nisu promašivali, dok moji jebeni retardi nemaju pojma ništa da rade.

    Bilo bi kul da odigramo nekada zajedno. evo i @Timemaster ima i ko još... Hoću ponovo da počnem da igram, ali nikako da uzmem...

    Igram u klasicnom portable modu sa ukljucenim motion kontrolama, nemam krupne sake pa mi joyconi ne prave problem. Ne znam da li si igrao prvi deo ali da bi u Splatoonu 2 dosao do S+ 20/30 sati je jednostavno premalo. Za tako nesto ti je potrebno poznavanje mapa, poznavanje klasa oruzja i naravno iskustvo koje mozes steci samo igranjem, po mojoj proceni min 200 sati. Oseca se nedostatak jos jednog ranka gde bi se izdvojila najaca grupa igraca koji prave dar mar.
    Ako ima zainterovanih bilo bi lepo da se organizujemo, ja sam uvek za organizovano igranje Splatuna :)

    Konacno novi rank koji ce razdvojiti nas obicne smrtnike od najboljih Splatoon 2 igraca, znaci S+9 pa pravac u X da vas ne gledam vise :D
